Where are the duplex, triplex, fourplex, and multi-family units?

The map below displays the number of dwelling units on a lot. We observe a few patterns:
  • Greater number of dwelling units exist on corner lots
  • Duplex on an interior lot is common
  • There are corner lots that are subdivided into two smaller lots
